Towards universality A slogan launched by the chancellor of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University ATU, Professor Dr. Muthaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, with steady steps and progress towards globalization and entering into solid international rankings.

Today, ATU ranks (601) out of (766) universities worldwide within the British Times classification for sustainable development goals. As Indicated by the university chancellor that this is due to the fact  that ATU made a remarkable progress in 4 out of 17 sustainable development goals SDGs.
