The course, which was held by the Department of Community Health Technologies, aimed to introduce participants to the latest technology used in the production of advanced artificial lower limb prostheses and therapeutic rehabilitation methods. It covered topics such as designing modern lower limb prostheses, addressing medical problems caused by prosthetic use, and rehabilitating amputees while finding solutions to medical problems such as skin inflammation and various bone injuries resulting from design and manufacturing defects in lower limb prostheses.
