Information Technology (IT) Department 

The IT Service Centre is the central support point for Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University staff and students requiring assistance with IT related matters, including enquiries related to computer, telephone and network issues.

If you wish to obtain something such as new software or hardware, access to a service, change your level of access or have an enquiry please submit a Request at the IT center main help desk.

If you want to report an issue with an IT service (such as an application, internet connection, email, telephone etc) please submit an Incident report at the IT center main help desk.

IT Customer Services at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University is committed to providing an efficient, informative and quality IT Service to all its customers, both staff and students. To help us maintain a high level of service, an ongoing survey is sent to randomly selected customers via emails. The current number of replies for 2018 is 235. The results are as follows:
  • Q1: The professionalism and courtesy offered by the Service Centre.
  • Q2: The amount of time it took for an analyst to respond to your issue.
  • Q3: The amount of time it took to resolve your issue.
  • Q4: Your overall satisfaction with Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University IT.
