The Karbala Technical Institute initiated a campaign to invest in arable lands to develop a sustainable university environment. It was beginning the restoration process and preparing the Institute’s accessible places for planting with productive, evergreen plants and flowers, as well as plants that may be utilized, Including in other areas where the Institute’s Dean, Prof. Dr. Fadel Muhammad Zahir, participated in the campaign’s launch, accompanied by the administrative assistant, Dr. Muhammad Fadel Nehme, and several Institute employees by working to prepare the land that will be planted with citrus trees following the plan.
In an interview, the Dean stated that the Institute’s Deanship had developed a well-studied and integrated plan through which it appointed the appropriate areas and the quality of plants, in addition to its selection of pioneering methods in the irrigation process by leveraging the competencies and expertise of the Institute’s staffs and that it is proceeding to complete this project on time. All attempts are being made to get the intended results.
