Prof. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy, chancellor of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University (ATU), inaugurated the Al-Kawthar yard and station for purified cooled drinking water.
Al-Zuhairy explained in an interview with the university’s media that the project implemented by the Department of Construction and Projects at the University Chancellery campus consists of a water filtration system with RO technology and a cooling system to provide chilled drinking water for students with a capacity of 1000 liters per hour. The station is operated 24/7 and has 12 taps of purified, chilled water.
