President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University inaugurates a new central library at Al-Kufa Technical Institute.

On Thursday morning the 7th of March 2019, the president of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical university Professor Dr. Abdulkazem Jafar Al-Yasiri inaugurated a new Central Library at the Technical Institute of Kufa in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai and the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs and Managements, Dr. Mohammad Abdul-Mohsen Al-Megthoumi and the Dean of the Institute Dr. Shukria Shadan Al – Oqaili and the Dean of College of Health and Medical Technique / kufa Dr. Angham Jassim Al – Ramahi.
Dr. Al-Yasiri praised the efforts made by the Deanship of the Institute and its affiliates to establish this scientific edifice and open its doors to students to provide the best services to students and researchers in preliminary and higher studies due to the large expansion in the university. For her part, Dr. Al-Uqaili said that the library building consists of a large reading room for up to 200 students along with scientific journals and magazines hall In addition to the book borrowing and management room.
The ceremony was attended by considerable number of academic and general audience including Dr. Hassan Al-Hatami, The Director of the Al-Furat Al-Awsat Hospital and his assistant Dr. Ali Al-Zarafi and Professor Dr. Sami Al-Kateb as a representative of the Deanship of the Collage of Medicine Al-Kufa University, as well as the assistants and department managers at the university and heads of scientific departments at the Institute
