The President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat technical university professor Dr. Abdul Kadhim Jafar Al-Yasiri, confers one of the martyrs of “Al-Hashed Al-Shabie” from the Technical Institute in Babylon an honorary graduation certificate in the presence of the representative of his Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Professor Dr. Nabil Al-Araji and honors the outstanding graduates from the university colleges and institutes at the graduation ceremony of the fourth Session (The Victory and Development Course), and in presence of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf governor who honors the President of the University and the outstanding graduates.
