Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University is the hot favorite among students wanting to pursue their higher studies in The Republic of Iraq. If sources of contemporary history are to be believed, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical university emerged in 2014 from the Technical Education Authority\Iraq, which was founded in 1969, in a bid to produce more engineers and qualified individuals.
